We offer complimentary standard ground shipping for all items shipped within the United States, with no regard to the size of your order.
We'll furnish you with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package delivery as frequently as you'd like once the item has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery Time
Our Wall Art takes 1 to 3 business days to handcraft and inspect. Due to stock issues some products may take longer.
Upon shipping, delivery times typically take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days depending upon shipping destination. Orders shipped from the USA to outside the 48 Continental USA may take longer. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
The Design Station is not responsible for delays or errors that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, fires, wars, government decisions, natural disasters, customs checks, supplier issues, or high seasons such as Christmas when delivery times may be affected due to increased logistics activity.
Cancellation or Order Changes
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order has been sent to production and is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
