Are your canvas prints ready to hang? Yes, all of our canvas wall art is ready to hang right out of the box. 

Is the artwork easy to clean and maintain? Absolutely. Wipe off any dust gently with a clean, damp cloth. Display indoors and away from direct sunlight. 

How does The Design Station ensure high-quality products and services? Quality is our top priority. We've invested in automated order fulfillment systems and have standardized production specifications to ensure we deliver quality products quickly.

What kind of warranty do you offer for your Wall Art? We stand behind our Wall Art with not just one, but two fantastic warranties! First, we offer a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you're not absolutely thrilled, we're here to make it right. We'll happily arrange a replacement or exchange, or if you prefer, provide you with a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Additionally, we provide a lifetime warranty against color fading. We want your Wall Art to remain as vibrant and stunning as the day you received it. Rest assured, if you ever experience any color fading issues, we've got you covered.

Shipping Questions

How long does it take to receive my order? We provide the fastest delivery time in the industry and we're proud to maintain a 99.98% on-time or early delivery record! Delivery time depends on your location and the specific product you ordered. Typically, orders are produced within 1-3 business days, and shipping can take an additional 1-5 business days for USA shipments. 

Do you offer expedited shipping options? Not at this time. All deliveries are performed promptly through UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL who are known for their on time delivery results. 

How can I track my order? Once we send out your order, keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. Inside, you'll find a tracking number and a handy link. Just use that number to keep tabs on the status of your shipment. It's your ticket to staying in the loop about your eagerly awaited delivery!

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit? If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team: Support@thedesignstation.com. We will work to resolve the issue and quickly provide you with a solution.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently we ship only within the USA and its territories. 

Is Shipping Free? Yes, complimentary shipping comes with all USA delivery destinations with no minimum order.

Return Questions

What Is Your Return Policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with all our products. If, within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you're not happy with your purchase, we'll be delighted to arrange a replacement or exchange for your item or provide you with a full refund.

How do I initiate a return? To initiate a return, just send us an email within 30 days of delivery to support@thedesignstation.com, provide your order number, brief description of the issue, and attach a photo to help us better understand the problem. We’ll arrange for an exchange or money-back return at our cost. 

Are there any return shipping fees? No. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

How long does it take to process a return? Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 5-7 business days to process the return and issue a refund.

We encourage you to try our products risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return your canvas within 30 days of receiving your order.

What if My Product Arrives Damaged? At The Design Station, your satisfaction is our priority. If your print has any defects, including manufacturer issues, we'll make it perfect for you. We'll either replace your canvas print or rectify it at our expense.

Are There Discounts for Bulk Orders? If you're placing a bulk order exceeding $650 in value, please reach out to us at support@thedesignsation.com, and we'll be happy to discuss the specifics.

Order Questions

Can I Change or Cancel My Order? Yes, you can, but please do so within 2 hours of placing your order, as most of our orders begin processing at the factory level right away to provide you with fast delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note that once an order has been processed, changes may be limited.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. Plus we also accept installment payments. Please see the payment methods on each product listing (right by the add to cart button) for up to date information.
