Defective, Damaged and Incorrect items

Just send us an email within thirty (30) days of delivery at support@thedesignstation.com, provide your order number, brief description of the issue and attach a photo to help us better understand the problem. We’ll replace your item at our cost. 

Non-defective product returns disclaimer: To be eligible for refund for a non-defective product, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days of our receipt or your return.
