What makes The Design Station canvas wall art special? Original designs are exclusively available from The Design Station, and are printed on museum-quality poly-cotton canvas using Greenguard Gold certified non-toxic latex inks, ensuring a premium look and feel. A proprietary coating guarantees the image stays vibrant and beautiful for life - guaranteed! Plus, our solid-wood frames are sourced from eco-friendly sustainable forests. 

What are the dimensions? Sizes refer to the canvas width and height. Canvas wraps are approximately 1.25” deep, and Framed Canvases are approximately 1.75” deep. Please allow for minimal size deviations of +/- 1/8" (3.2mm).

Are your canvas prints ready to hang? Yes, all of our canvas wall art is ready to hang right out of the box.

Is the artwork easy to clean and maintain? Absolutely. Wipe dust from Canvas prints gently with a clean, damp cloth. Wipe dust from posters with a clean, dry cloth. Intended for interior use.

What kind of warranty do you offer? We offer a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a lifetime warranty against color fading. 

 

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 1-5 business days for USA shipments.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Not at this time, but we ensure prompt delivery through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

How can I track my order? Look out for a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link for updates.

How do I initiate a return? Email support@thedesignstatoin.com with your order number and issue details and pictures.

Are there return shipping fees? No, we cover return shipping costs.

How long does a return take to process? Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.
